Your cancellation becomes effective upon receipt of your email.
All dates and times are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
About Transaction Fees
A transaction fee (credit card processing fee) of 5% applies to all bookings.
This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Fees
1. More than 7 days before the tour date
No cancellation charge.
However, the 5% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
2. From 7 days to 3 days before
20% cancellation charge, plus a 5% transaction fee
Total deduction: 25%
3. From 3 days before the tour date / No-show
100% cancellation charge
No refund
Example — Cancellation timeline and refund amounts
Tour date: January 15
Tour fee: ¥30,000 (4-hour tour, 2-4persons)
1. If cancelled on or before January 7, 23:59 (JST)
Transaction fee (5%): ¥1,500
Refund = ¥28,500
2. If cancelled between January 8, 00:00 and January 11, 23:59 (JST)
Cancellation charge (20%): ¥6,000
Transaction fee (5%): ¥1,500
Total deduction: ¥7,500
Refund = ¥22,500
3. If cancelled from January 12, 00:00 (JST) or no-show
Cancellation charge: 100%
Refund = ¥0
If We Need to Cancel Your Tour
If we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances—such as the guide's illness, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control—you will receive a full refund with no transaction fee charged.
In this situation, no transaction fee will be charged.
In Case of Natural Disasters or Severe Weather
If a tour cannot be operated due to natural disasters or severe weather—such as a major earthquake, typhoon, heavy snow, volcanic eruption, terrorist attack, or any situation that makes it unsafe to conduct the tour—we will cancel the tour for safety reasons.
In this case, you will receive a full 100% refund, and no transaction fee will be charged.
